Witam wszystkich kadrowiczów.Zgodnie z ustaleniami z Lińska poniżej zamieszczam tabelę z rozmiarami koszulek. Będą białe i czerwone zgodnie z życzeniem zamawiającego. Proszę na mój mail zbigniew50s@wp.pl przesłać rozmiar kolor i ilość sztuk /wiem że niektórzy z kolegów chcą więcej więcej niż jedną / Proszę również podać jeśli ma to być koszulka damska. Ważne aby zrobić to bardzo szybko.

Witam . Otrzymałem od firmy wycenę na koszulki. Wysłałem do wszystkich którzy przesłali do mnie mail z potrzebnymi ilościami . Gdyby ktoś nie otrzymał proszę o info.Proszę o dokonanie wpłat jak w mailu czasu jest niezbyt wiele. Są zamówione wszystkie koszulki zgodnie z rozmiarami i kolorami.

Dzisiaj jako Team leader otrzymałem takiego maila:

Dear Robert,

Hereby I send you some information and a basic reminder about the 2017 IMBRA EC.



Arrival:

- if you’re not staying at the camping, your first entry to the spa will be allowed according to a list (this is only for the first entry, inside all team leaders will get the spa wristbands for all their competitors when they check-in their team)

- if you’re staying at the camping you will simply need to register at the camping entrance (you will get your spa wristband there)



Parking: the general parking lot is next to the camping entrance and costs 500 HUF (approx. 1.5 EUR) / day. Please note there will be a separate parking lot for organizers (only available for organizers whose number plates will be listed)



Check-in:

- Check-in will take place at the race area. Only team check-in is possible (by the team leader, no individual check-in)

- Main check-in and practice day is Wednesday (23 August), 10.00-19.00. No need to queue for hours with your boat and transmitter, we trust you know and respect the rules. Judges at the pontoon can examine boats in case they choose to do so.

- Last minute check-in is possible on the morning of the 24th August, but only (and strictly) until 9.00AM

- It’s important that check-in is done by the team leader for the whole team, but of course the team can assist him/her. The team leader will get all badges, non-camping spa wristbands, registration stickers and sponsor presents for the whole team. The team leader will need to give this to the racers following registration.

- All boats need to have the EC stickers on them when entering the starting area.



IMPORTANT REMINDER:



If you have registered racers who can’t come to the EC for some unforeseen reason, please let us know now, so we can finalize the groups accordingly.



Flags and anthems: don’t forget to take 3 pc. of your national flag 100x150cm and your national anthem if possible on CD and USB stick. These need to be handed over at the check-in. You will get them back after the prize giving.
